Agreement
By downloading or using Hydration Streak ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Purchase & License
Hydration Streak is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or recurring fees. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, subject to Apple's standard App Store terms.
Not Medical Advice
Hydration Streak is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Daily hydration goals are user-configured and are not medical recommendations. The App does not assess your individual health needs. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for advice about your hydration needs, especially if you have a medical condition.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any health outcomes will result from using the App
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Apple HealthKit Data
If you enable Apple Health integration, the App reads and writes dietary water data through Apple's HealthKit framework. You control this integration through your device's Health settings. The developer is not responsible for data managed by Apple Health.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining backups of your device data
- Setting appropriate hydration goals for your personal needs
- Ensuring accurate manual entry of water intake
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
